ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE & SERVICE
Any modifications to the Agreement made after you have placed an order will not affect and are not binding on that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

The information is provided by Elizabeth K and while we endeavour to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the Website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
The display of goods or services for sale on the Website are an invitation to treat and are not a contractual offer for sale.
Elizabeth K may in its sole discretion reject or not accept your offer to purchase any goods or services for sale on the Website in its sole discretion and for any reason.
Elizabeth K shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

However, Elizabeth K takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for the Website becoming temporarily unavailable in the instance of technical issues or any associated problems arising from technical or other associated issues beyond our control.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Your use of the Site is governed in all respects by the laws of the State of NSW, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW in relation to any legal proceeding directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the Site (including but not limited to the purchase of Elizabeth K products).
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
ELIZABETH K delivers nationwide with Australia Express Post for a flat rate of $15.00. all orders above $300 on full price garments will be delivered free of charge. Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience.
Deliveries to metropolitan and City areas will be next day delivery. For rural and remote areas please allow up to 3 business days.
Eizabeth K offers same day delivery to Sydney CBD. Orders can also be placed on-line and picked up from the shop, please call us to ensure parcel is ready for collection.
All our parcels require a signature upon delivery, please provide a street address and not PO BOX numbers or Parcel Lockers.
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods, please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered.
If insurance is required - please contact Elizabeth K as insurance is unavailable with express post.
Liability – Elizabeth K and Australia Post accept no liability for any loss, damage, or consequential loss whatsoever resulting from or due to Express Post.
Once the item is lodged with Australia Post Elizabeth K cannot accept any responsibility.
All items sent to New Zealand (NZ) will be GST exclusive. Orders up to $300 will incur freight cost of $30, and orders up to $900 will incur a charge of $50 including insurance.
Orders to NZ over $900 will be sent free of charge on full price garments.
Customer Service Policy
Elizabeth K is committed to ensure that all products listed on our Website are currently in stock and pricing correct.
Standard delivery time frames are between 2-5 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
Elizabeth K does not offer refunds if you change your mind
We require to be notified by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of goods. If goods are wrong fit/size when purchased on-line, returns must be made within 7 days after notifying Elizabeth K.
Goods must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed.
All tags must be attached
Returns must include all original packaging and boxes
Please ensure the goods do not have deodorant marks or body moisturises
Please be careful of make-up rubbing off on garments
Once goods are returned and checked refund or exchange or credit will be applied. There will be no refund made for cost of freight.
No exchange or refund will be made for legwear and all sale items.
Due to the delicate nature of our product please take care when returning items. Please package all returns carefully, with bubble wrap or similar to ensure safe transport. We are not responsible for any damages due to incorrect packaging while in transit.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or do not perform as advertised. Returns must be made within 7 days with complete packaging.
Please choose carefully as there is NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE for change of mind on legwear and lingerie due to quality and hygiene reasons. No returns or exchange on reduced/sale items.
