We will advise you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. That email will include an Australia Post tracking number, and a link to the Australia Post tracking site where you can follow your order’s daily progress until it arrives at your door.

You certainly can. If you have an account with us, you can log in and check the status of your order online. Alternatively, we’re happy to take a phone call from you on +612 9327 4703, or you can email us a query to info@elizabeth-k.com.au . Either way we’ll give you a speedy update on your order’s progress so far.

Orders placed one at a time will always attract individual shipping costs. However, whenever you place multiple orders in one single, online transaction, a significantly reduced shipping cost will apply. Also, don’t forget that orders of $300 or more will be shipped for free anywhere within Australia.

We’ll certainly try. For a ‘Sold Out’ item that you’ve set your heart on, please email us at info@elizabeth-k.com.au or give us a call on +612 9327 4703. We’ll do our very best to source that item just for you, and if we can’t we’ll try to find an alternative that fits the bill just as well.

We ship all items by express post within 24 hours of an order being received. Often faster! Orders received before 2 pm any weekday are dispatched that very same day. Orders received after 2 pm are dispatched the next business day. Every order can be tracked using the Australia Post tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

There’s three ways. You can log onto your ELIZABETH K account and check the status of your order there. Or open the confirmation email we send you and use the Australia Post tracking number to check the order’s progress online.
