ELIZABETH K delivers nationwide with Australia Express Post for a flat rate of $15.00. All orders $300 & over will be delivered free of charge. Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience.
Deliveries to metropolitan and city areas usually entail next-day delivery. For rural and remote areas please allow up to 3 business days.
ELIZABETH K is committed to ensuring that all products listed on our Website are currently in stock and pricing is correct.
Standard dispatch time frames are between 2-5 business days. In the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a full refund.
ELIZABETH K offers same day delivery to Sydney CBD. Orders can also be placed on-line and picked up from our Double Bay store. Please call us prior to collection to ensure that your parcel is ready.
Delivery delays may occur during high volume and peak periods, so please allow an additional 3 business days for your order to be delivered.
If insurance is required, please contact ELIZABETH K as insurance is unavailable with Australia Express Post.
ELIZABETH K delivers globally with Australia Express International Post for a flat rate of AUD$ 30 per order. Tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience.
We ship to the following destinations: Europe – UK – Ireland – USA – Canada – Russia – Israel – UAE – Japan – China – Hong Kong – Taiwan – South Korea – Malaysia – Vietnam – Singapore.
Liability - ELIZABETH K and Australia Post accept no liability for loss, damage or any consequential loss whatsoever resulting from or due to Express Post.
Once an item is lodged with Australia Post, ELIZABETH K can no longer accept any responsibility.
We will advise you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. That email will include an Australia Post tracking number, and a link to the Australia Post tracking site where you can follow your order’s daily progress until it arrives at your door.

Orders placed one at a time will always attract individual shipping costs. However, whenever you place multiple orders in one single, online transaction, a significantly reduced shipping cost will apply. Also, don’t forget that orders of $300 or more will be shipped for free anywhere within Australia.
